Vertix Management is hiring an AT&T Fiber Sales Representative – Team Lead to support and grow a high-performing sales team in the Houston market.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll actively participate in field sales while guiding team members in customer-facing conversations. When the pace gets intense, you’re the steady presence that keeps performance on track and ensures customers receive clear, confident guidance on AT&T Fiber solutions.

You’ll receive leadership training designed to develop your management skills while building deep expertise in AT&T Fiber sales.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers in face-to-face sales conversations to present AT&T Fiber solutions
• Support and coach team members in real-time during customer interactions
• Help drive daily and weekly sales performance through active field engagement
• Assist in improving team sales techniques through practical, on-the-job guidance
• Contribute to achieving team enrollment and installation targets for AT&T Fiber
• Share proven sales approaches that help build trust and close deals
• Grow into expanded leadership responsibility through consistent performance and mentorship

• Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face sales environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify product value for customers
• Confidence handling objections and turning conversations into opportunities
• Interest in leadership and coaching others while still actively selling
• Ability to stay adaptable when priorities or targets shift
• Basic ability to understand performance trends and adjust approach accordingly (training provided)

Pay: $49,755.32 - $59,920.39 per year
