About the role
This role is the brand steward for Intuit QuickBooks. You'll drive demand for QuickBooks globally, bringing our key AI innovations to life and to market. You'll execute in close partnership with PMM, creative, design, legal, finance, web, research, and our agencies to build demand and brand love for QuickBooks around the world.
This team translates product messages into expansive campaigns that extend across the full customer journey. You'll be responsible for making sure everything hangs together, looking at the work through a brand, product, and creative lens that drives real business outcomes and genuine brand love.
You'll partner closely with:
PMM, on positioning and business briefs, flagging brand implications earlyCreative (Intuition), who brings the work to life against your strategy and brief
Design and web, to make sure the brand and product experience feel like one thing
Legal and Finance, to keep campaigns compliant and on budget
IMT and Media, to make sure the work lands well across every channel
International market and legal contacts across UK, Canada, and Australia
Our agency partners, managing handoffs and scope across the network
Analytics and research teams, grounding strategy and creative decisions in data
Responsibilities
What you'll do
Own global brand briefs for QuickBooks campaigns, along with the strategy and narrative behind themBring key AI innovations in QuickBooks to life through brand and demand campaigns
Translate product messages into expansive campaigns that extend across the full customer journey
Set creative direction across channel teams, giving them a clear strategic point of view to build from
Own brand voice, tone, and visual identity for your campaigns
Approve product or feature naming that touches your area
Lead international rollout of your campaigns, including transcreation handoffs from agency to agency to our in house creative team
Manage the Inter Agency Team (IAT) and agency relationships, including scope, timing, and handoff coordination across partners
Serve as the legal point of contact for your campaigns, working directly with regional legal teams to clear creative
Act as the primary go between for our agencies and internal cross functional teams, keeping international and domestic work moving in sync
Coordinate LCPO review, ensuring campaign materials clear legal, compliance, and privacy review across markets
Partner with our in house creative team on asset production, setting the strategic brief they execute against and holding the bar on flawless execution
Flag brand risks and opportunities early in PMM's business brief and positioning process
Guide channel teams on media buying, paid spend, email builds, and social posting to ensure it's on strategy and executed to a high bar
Partner with analytics and research teams to ground campaign strategy and creative decisions in evidence, and to measure what's working
Qualifications
What we're looking for
Approximately 8 to 10+ years of brand or integrated marketing experience, including time managing complex, multi market campaignsProven experience managing agency relationships, including scope, timing, and output quality across one or more external partners
Experience working directly with creative teams, giving and receiving feedback that improves the work without micromanaging the craft
Strong operational rigor. You keep multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders on track without things falling through the cracks
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, since you'll be the connective tissue between agencies, legal, PMM, creative, and channel teams
Experience working across international markets a plus, especially navigating local legal and regulatory nuances in campaign execution
Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving clarity for others, since you'll often be the person translating strategy into a brief that other teams execute against
