Just Pended is Denver's leading real estate media company. 1,000+ agents served, 3,000+ shoots a year, 130+ five-star reviews, and a team of 9 creatives, 10+ editors, and a full-time admin team who make the most experienced agents in Colorado look as good online as they are in person.
Here's what matters: we've grown 100-130% each of the last two years, entirely on referrals and word of mouth. No sales team. No outbound. Now we're building the growth chapter, and this seat is the heart of it.
You're not walking into a cold start: a book of 500+ Denver clients who already trust us, partnerships with three of Denver's top brokerages and teams, and ad campaigns that returned 4x on spend in their first month, relaunching now with a full creative library behind them. You're our first dedicated sales hire. You'll build the playbook directly with the founder, and everything we do in sales from here gets built on what you prove.
What you'll actually do
- Be the first voice every new lead hears, within 10 minutes, and stay with them until they get a yes or a clear no. Agents reach out on evenings and weekends, and being there when they do is part of the job
- Run demos and strategy calls with new clients, listen to what they actually need, and guide them to the package that fits
- Keep a weekly rhythm of reaching out: past clients before their next listing, first-timers after their shoot, and genuine check-ins with agents who've gone quiet
- Spot the moment a client is ready for more, and open the door: brand shoots, content retainers, ongoing partnerships
- Be the face of Just Pended in the field: brokerage visits, networking events, and real face time with the people we serve. You'll present to teams and brokerages alongside the founder, and grow into running the room yourself
- Keep the CRM clean, because taking care of 100+ relationships means never letting one slip
What winning looks like
We measure this role on numbers, because we take it seriously, and so will you:
- New leads answered within 10 minutes
- 30%+ of inbound leads become booked shoots
- Client retention up 10-20%
- More clients growing into retainers and brand content every month

Compensation & benefits
- On-target earnings: $75,000-$100,000 (that's the range shown above), uncapped
- Base salary: $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience
- 10% commission on every deal you close: new clients, win-backs, and upgrades
- 10 days PTO plus standard holidays, health insurance stipend
- Hybrid: a couple days a week at our RiNo office, the rest remote and in the field

- You've sold in a relationship business (fitness, weddings, hospitality, med spa, title or lending, real estate services) and you know how to track and hit KPIs
- You want to be part of building something, not just hitting a quota inside a big machine
This job is not for you if:
- You want to hide behind email. This job lives on the phone and in the room
- You want a job that ends at 5pm Friday. Agents work evenings and weekends, and so does this role when it matters
