- Provide technical leadership for UKG Workforce Management implementation.

- Lead the design and development of UKG integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows.
- Help define and implement the UKG security model, including roles and access.
- Guide and review the work of Senior Engineers and integration developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues.
- Work closely with functional SMEs, architects, developers, and enterprise teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on UKG Workforce Management experience (Large Scale Implementations).
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or similar role on UKG implementations.
- Strong experience with UKG integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows.
