Office-BasedJob Title: Inside Sales Executive – IT Automation Solutions
Location: Plano, Texas (On-Prem)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (100% Office Based)
Position Overview
We are seeking a few highly motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a hunter role focused on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate has prior experience selling IT solutions. We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing their own pipeline, researching prospects, and taking initiative without constant direction.
This is a consultative B2B sales role involving discovery conversations with IT professionals, supply chain managers, and executives. Success comes from understanding customer problems rather than using high-pressure sales tactics.
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building a qualified sales pipeline, and managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls, cold emails, and targeted outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Understand customer integration challenges and position EDI, API, SaaS, and PaaS automation solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business processes, ERP environments, and integration requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and opportunities within CRM.
- Work closely with solution architects and leadership to develop proposals and close opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or technology sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or IT solutions.
- Proven success in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Prior experience selling IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including APIs and system integrations, ERP platforms, and SaaS / PaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales cycles simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT solutions.
- Experience selling supply chain, integration, or middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

- 100% On-site position in Plano, Texas.
- Candidates must be able to work from the office located at zip 75074, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
