Seeking Punchout Technician
Seeking skilled labor/Punch Out Technician to perform punch out work on a apartment complex currently under construction.
Applicants should possess all the following attributes or aptitude to possess all required skills below
- Experience performing common punch out task associated with preparing residential multifamily units for occupancy.
- Applicants shall posses the majority of the following skills. Ability to hang and finish small amounts of drywall, painting, finish carpentry, limited framing (safety rails etc), installation of various types of flooring.
- General Clean up
- Ability to direct temp labor.
- Candidate should be able to understand the required level of finish and implement in task they are asked to complete
- Ability to follow the company safety program
- Posses the majority of tools required to do their work
- Candidate should have good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate status of completed work to supervisors
- Candidate should be self-starter with team approach and be able to take direction from the Project team.
- Candidate should be able to accurately describe existing job site conditions and identify critical areas of improvement to maintain contract commitments and schedule.
- Ability to read Blueprints and shop-drawings not required but desired
- Ability to layout not required but desired
- Ability to Make Punchlists
- Know and Implement safety protocol
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must have a valid Driver License
