2、客户管理和生态搭建：
- 通过专业拜访和观念发展来培养疾控体系全国/区域KOL及讲者，推动辖区学术活动落地执行。
- 助力疫苗生态体系的建立和完善，优化辖区内的渠道管理，确保供货通畅；完善标准化的疫苗接种服务流程，推动建立线上线下预约和科普体系。
- 重点推进在辖区内PIP/CIP等重大项目落地，推动校园及企业大客户接种，私立医院等创新渠道建设。
3、合规管理：
- 在工作过程中，严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度。
- 确保区域内合作伙伴的行为符合公司合规要求。
任职要求：
- 医药或营销相关专业本科学历以上，5年以上医药行业经验，销售管理经验或疫苗行业经验优先；
- 良好的影响力，能够与内外部关键决策者和客户互动；
- 具有合理的业务分析能力，擅长策略计划并具有执行力；
- 主动担当，具有良好的学习能力和适应性。
