Department Overview:
Located in Boston's historic South End, the Department of Medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and Boston Medical Center is renowned for its impact on teaching and research programs and state-of-the-art clinical care for patients. The department is dedicated to an urban, underserved patient population, supporting the longstanding social mission of BMC. Boston Medical Center is the primary clinical and research center for the Department of Medicine and primary teaching affiliate of the Boston University School of Medicine. Training programs at the Department of Medicine include a categorical residency with 45 residents per year, a Preliminary Year Program, a Primary Care Training Program, Research Track, seven Specialized Pathways, and fifteen clinical fellowships. Compensation:
Boston University School of Medicine offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience.
