Serving as the Resident Engineer and/or Structures Representative on federally funded projects, the position ensures construction activities meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives while complying with client requirements, California regulations, and Bureau Veritas policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as Structures Representative/Resident Engineer and technical authority for assigned contracts.

Facilitate meetings, document action items, and maintain communications.

Conduct quality assurance inspections and verify compliance with Caltrans standards, Title 24, and Cal/OSHA requirements.

Perform engineering calculations, quantity take-offs, stress analyses, and surveying verification calculations.

Review engineering revisions, technical submittals, shoring plans, and temporary work.
