- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in industrial or automotive hardware electronics design (Tier 1 preferred)
- Strong understanding of embedded electronics design constraints
- Solid knowledge of system/component design and EE architecture topologies, including safety considerations
- Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit analysis
- Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols such as Ethernet, CAN FD, LIN, and LVDS, along with troubleshooting tools
- Experience with EMI/EMC design, testing, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of thermal management for ECU embedded electronics
- Ability to handle multiple domains is an added advantage
- Capability to participate in and lead schematic and layout design reviews
- Experience with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Experience with circuit simulation tools like LTSpice or similar
- Knowledge of Worst-Case Circuit Analysis is a plus
Required Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience with Altium Designer (or equivalent tools)
- Experience in schematic capture and PCB layout review
- Hands-on experience with complex multilayer PCB design
- PCB layer stack-up design expertise
- Strong understanding of PCB design rules
- Experience with PCB-to-mechanical interfaces
- PI/SI (Power Integrity / Signal Integrity) experience is a plus
