ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controller to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This role is critical to our financial operations, providing strategic leadership and oversight for all financial aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare accounting, with a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities in this industry. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those specific to the healthcare industry.
3. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
4. Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
5. Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of healthcare accounting practices and regulations.
4. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
5. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
9. Proficient in using financial software and other relevant technology.
