The Creative Arts Department is accepting applications for an adjunct instructor to teach up to two sections of CREA103 - Introduction to Music in Spring 2027. This is a part-time position.
- Sections of Scheduled Classes: Tues/Thurs, 9:40am-11:10am and 11:20am-12:50pm.
- Participate in curricular assessments for personal professional development, and for departmental and college core curriculum assessment.
- Work with colleagues in shared classroom spaces.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have earned a terminal degree in Music, or commensurate experience. The course will introduce students to the concepts and skills necessary for a variety of musical studies. Topics include the foundational elements of music, basic Western music notation, listening, aural analysis, technologies, and careers in music.

Pay Rate: $1333.34 per contact hour
