About the Role
Suno is growing fast, and paid social creative is a major driver of that growth. The right person for this role takes Suno's brand identity and pushes it into performance creative that earns attention and converts – work that drives growth and brings the excitement of using Suno to everyone who sees it.
This is a hybrid graphic and motion design role on the performance marketing team. You'll own the branded paid social creative pipeline: conceiving, producing, and iterating on work across static and motion formats. You'll work closely with the performance marketing team, treating data and channel insights as creative inputs rather than afterthoughts. Over time, you'll help build the workflows and systems that let us scale without losing what makes Suno's creative distinctive. As the team grows, there's a path to managing other creative contributors.

- Translate Suno's brand identity and creative DNA into paid social creative that drives growth across paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Own the full branded creative pipeline – concepting, producing, and iterating on static and motion assets
- Build and maintain a creative roadmap: what to make, what to test, what to push further, and what to move on from
- Partner with the performance marketing team to use data and channel feedback as creative inputs, not just outputs
- Use AI tools to extend creative output beyond what's manually possible – and help build the processes and guardrails that keep AI-assisted work on-brand and up to Suno's standards
- Develop workflows and production processes that scale creative output without diluting brand quality
- Help shape how the next generation of creators discovers Suno – the creative you make is often their first impression
Must-Haves
- 4-6 years in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative at a consumer tech, DTC, or growth-stage company
- Hybrid graphic and motion design skills: strong static design fundamentals and real motion/animation capability – this is not a pure graphic design role
- Portfolio of paid social work (static and motion) that demonstrates both craft and a performance orientation
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects
- Fluency in what makes paid social creative work: hooks, formats, platform conventions, and what drives meaningful iteration
- Ability to internalize a brand's visual identity and push it into new formats without losing what makes it distinctive
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools (generative image, video, or copy) as part of a real production workflow

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Motion Graphics Designer
Align your credentials to the right TN category
Motion Graphics Designer roles can qualify under the Graphic Designer or Computer Systems Analyst TN visa category depending on your duties. Your degree field must match the category your employer uses when drafting your offer letter.
Build a portfolio that documents specialty-level work
TN officers assess whether your role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific discipline. A portfolio showing broadcast, UI animation, or technical motion work helps employers justify specialty occupation language in your offer letter.
Target studios and agencies experienced with visa sponsorship
Post-production houses, broadcast networks, and UX-focused agencies are more likely to be experienced with visa sponsorship generally. Use Migrate Mate to surface employers with recent visa filings who have sponsored work visas before, which often signals openness to supporting eligible candidates in creative and design roles.
Get your offer letter to specify software and degree requirements
CBP officers evaluate the offer letter closely. Ask your employer to name the specialized tools required, such as After Effects or Cinema 4D, and state that a bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field is required for the position.
Prepare for same-day entry as a Canadian at the border
Canadian citizens don't need to pre-file with USCIS. You present your offer letter, degree transcripts, and portfolio summary directly at a port of entry. Processing is typically completed the same day, so bring physical copies of every document.
Confirm your Mexican consulate appointment covers TN documentation
Mexican professionals apply at a U.S. consulate and must submit the full TN application package, including the certified offer letter and academic credentials. Consulate wait times vary by location, so book your appointment as soon as your offer is confirmed.
Motion Graphics Designer TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Motion Graphics Designer role qualify for a TN visa?
Yes, but the qualifying category depends on how your job is defined. Roles centered on visual design and branding may qualify under Graphic Designer, while positions involving software-driven animation for digital products may fit the Computer Systems Analyst category. Your employer's offer letter must use language that aligns your duties and degree with whichever TN category they select.
How does the TN visa compare to the H-1B for Motion Graphics Designers?
The TN visa has no annual lottery and no numerical cap for Canadian citizens, which means you can secure status as soon as you have a qualifying offer. The H-1B visa requires surviving a random lottery, which runs once per year. For Motion Graphics Designers who qualify under USMCA, the TN is a faster and more predictable path than waiting for an H-1B lottery selection.
Where can I find Motion Graphics Designer jobs with TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Canadian and Mexican professionals searching for TN visa jobs in the U.S. You can filter by role and visa type to find employers who already understand the TN sponsorship process, which saves time compared to reaching out to employers who have never filed a TN petition before.
Can I switch Motion Graphics Designer employers on a TN visa?
Yes, but you need a new TN authorization before you start with the new employer. Canadian citizens can obtain a new TN at a port of entry with a fresh offer letter. Mexican professionals need to apply at a U.S. consulate. You cannot begin work for the new employer until your new TN is approved, so plan your transition timeline carefully.
What documents does my employer need to provide for a TN sponsorship as a Motion Graphics Designer?
Your employer must provide a signed offer letter on company letterhead that describes the position title, duties, required degree, and duration of employment. The letter should specify that the role requires a bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a closely related field. Some CBP officers also ask for supporting materials such as a portfolio description or a statement connecting your credentials to the role.
