- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve technical challenges and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage the technical release process, ensuring all CAD data and engineering specifications align with gated launch requirements.
- Identify and document intellectual property opportunities, contributing to the company's patent portfolio through innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
10+ years of professional experience in product design, specifically within the automotive or high-volume manufacturing sectors.
