Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Warehouse
Align your credentials to qualifying occupations
Warehouse roles only qualify for TN status when tied to a USMCA-listed occupation like Industrial Engineer or Management Consultant. Review your degree and job duties against the TN occupation list before applying.
Target employers experienced with visa sponsorship
Logistics companies running large distribution networks regularly sponsor TN professionals for engineering and operations roles. Filter your search to employers with recent visa filings, signaling they have experience with work visa sponsorship processes and may be open to supporting TN applications at the port of entry or consulate.
Get your support letter details right
Your employer's TN support letter must name the exact USMCA occupation category, describe duties matching that category, and state the employment period. A mismatch between the letter and your credentials is the leading cause of TN denials at ports of entry.
Use Migrate Mate to find sponsoring employers
Search Migrate Mate to surface warehouse and logistics employers actively offering TN visa sponsorship, filtered by role type. This saves time verifying which companies already understand the TN process for professional occupations.
Prepare for port-of-entry adjudication as a Canadian
Canadian citizens can apply for TN status directly at a U.S. land border or airport without consular processing. Bring your support letter, degree transcripts, and a copy of your job offer so CBP officers can adjudicate on the spot.
Plan your Mexican consular appointment around processing timelines
Mexican nationals must obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate before entering to work. Consular appointment availability varies by location, so schedule your interview as soon as your employer finalizes the support letter and job offer.

Find Warehouse JobsWarehouse TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Do warehouse jobs actually qualify for TN visa status?
Not all warehouse roles qualify. TN visa eligibility depends on the occupation category under USMCA, not the industry. A Warehouse Manager title alone won't qualify, but roles structured around Industrial Engineering, Management Consulting, or Computer Systems Analysis can, provided your duties and degree align with the listed occupation's definition.
How does TN visa sponsorship for warehouse roles compare to H-1B?
TN has no annual lottery and no cap for Canadian citizens, so you can start working as soon as CBP approves your application at the border. H-1B requires entering a random lottery with roughly a one-in-four chance of selection. For qualifying warehouse professionals, TN is a faster and more predictable path than H-1B, though both require a legitimate specialty occupation.
Where can I find warehouse employers who sponsor TN visas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by TN visa sponsorship and warehouse or logistics roles to identify employers who have already sponsored professional visa holders. This avoids cold outreach to companies unfamiliar with the TN process, which is common in warehouse and distribution hiring.
What documents does my employer need to prepare for my TN application?
Your employer must provide a signed support letter that names the specific USMCA occupation category, describes your job duties in detail, confirms the employment is temporary, and states the offered period. For Mexican nationals, the company will assist you in applying at a U.S. consulate with this support letter. For Canadians, you present the support letter directly at the U.S. port of entry—no advance government filing is required. There are no prevailing wage requirements for TN status.
Can I change warehouse employers after receiving TN status?
Yes, but your TN status is tied to your current employer. If you change companies, your new employer must issue a fresh support letter and you must obtain new TN approval before starting work. Canadians can do this at a port of entry; Mexican nationals need a new visa stamp from a U.S. consulate. There is no grace period to work for a new employer before approval.
