Paid Leadership Training
To prepare you for long-term success, all Denver Manager in Training hires will complete a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before launching in the Denver market.
During training you'll:

- Develop coaching and field leadership skills

What You'll Do
As a Manager in Training, you'll continue producing at a high level while developing the leadership skills needed to build and manage a successful team.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through residential roofing sales
- Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
- Coach and mentor new team members through ride-alongs and field training
- Lead by example while driving team performance and accountability
- Support the growth and expansion of the Denver market
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who are ready to grow beyond individual production.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of roofing sales experience (required)
- Proven history of generating residential roofing sales
- Experience working with insurance restoration claims
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
- Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching others
- Desire to build a long-term career in management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to complete the required 180-day paid leadership training program in Dallas, TX before returning to Denver
