Job Description
We are immediately hiring a 1st Shift Transportation Manager internally titled, Customer Logistics Manager in San Antonio, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division, managing DOT regulated drivers. - Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
- Salary: $68,000 to $71,000
- Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs

The Customer Logistics Manager will be responsible for supervising equipment and driver compliance while partnering closely with the Operations team to support daily logistics activities. This role includes maintaining consistent communication with the Shop team to ensure equipment readiness and compliance, as well as supervising, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple business groups. The CLM will lead and support a team of 120–130 commercial drivers, ensuring adherence to DOT regulations and strong safety performance, while also managing dispatch operations and developing daily load plans. Additionally, the role involves guiding indirect reports (Supervisors), ensuring workloads are aligned with operational needs, and championing key operational initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Summary
The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required

- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required

Compensation Information
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
- Pay Type: Salaried
- Minimum Pay Range: 68000
- Maximum Pay Range: 71000
