Are there remote travel consultant jobs in Seattle?

About 33% of travel consultant openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of July 2026. Corporate travel coordination and itinerary management roles with Seattle-based tech companies tend to be the most remote-friendly positions in this market.
How can I get a travel consultant job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Seattle is through a guest services, reservations, or front-desk role at one of the city's major hotels or at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, where you build client-facing and booking skills that agencies value. Cruise-specialty agencies near the Seattle cruise terminal also hire coordinators and support staff as stepping stones into consultant roles. Familiarity with GDS tools and a geography or hospitality background sharpens your candidacy significantly for local openings.
