Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Month Contract (Potential to extend)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation Range: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour W2

Are you ready to shape the future of digital wealth management by translating complex financial ecosystems into intuitive, mobile-first experiences? Joining a Global Investment Management Leader on a high-visibility digital modernization initiative, you will partner with cross-functional strategists and product teams to design scalable, client-centric solutions. This dynamic role offers the strategic opportunity to influence end-to-end user journeys while defining design standards across a premier digital advice platform.

Responsibilities:

• Architect intuitive user flows, responsive wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma to drive seamless mobile-first digital experiences.
• Synthesize user research, client analytics, and experimentation insights to optimize end-to-end design patterns and maximize usability.
• Champion cohesive customer journeys by presenting data-driven design strategies and collaborative proposals to key cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish scalable design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards to accelerate cross-platform product delivery. Qualifications:
• 3+ years of UX or product design experience leading mobile and web digital initiatives.
• Advanced expertise in Figma, responsive design systems, and component-based UI frameworks.
• Proven track record of leveraging design thinking principles and user research to deliver impactful, intuitive digital products.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
