- Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
- Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365/D365
- D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable)
- Ability to collaborate with an onsite-offshore model.
- Influence and guiding junior team members
