Contract
- Perform functional testing of utility billing applications.
- Design, develop, and execute functional test cases based on business and system requirements.
- Perform end-to-end testing of billing processes and workflows.
- Validate billing functionality, calculations, transactions, and related business processes.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing as required.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, functional teams, and other stakeholders to resolve application issues.
- Ensure testing coverage across critical utility billing processes.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution results, and defect reports.
- Strong experience in Functional Testing.
- Automation testing is not required for this position.
- Hands-on experience with billing applications.
- Experience with Oracle CC&B or SAP IS-U.
- Strong Utility domain experience – Mandatory.
- Understanding of utility billing processes and business workflows.
- Experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and regression testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
