Regional Vice President of Sales

Mobile Clear Shield is a renowned provider of automotive protection products and solutions, dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we're expanding our presence in the Tampa market and are in search of a talented Sales Representative to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Regional VP, you will be responsible for utilizing your prior management experience in the retail automotive industry to drive sales and create lasting relationships with dealerships in Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Chicago areas.
Your role will involve:
- Leveraging your automotive dealership management expertise to understand the unique needs of dealerships and effectively communicate the value of our products and solutions.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with dealerships to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Implementing our commission structure to maximize earnings by selling a range of protection products to dealerships.
- Strategizing and executing sales tactics to introduce our products to new dealerships and expand our market presence.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new dealerships and efficient execution of sales strategies.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in the retail automotive industry is a must.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value of our products.
- Strong track record of sales success and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of automotive protection products is a plus.
