RCI is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our Landscape and Irrigation Construction team.
A complete understanding of the landscape, irrigation and horticulture industry is required. RCI uses state of the art equipment as well as the latest water conservation products and operates with “Green” in mind and as such, the selected candidate must have a working knowledge of these products, including but not limited to, two-wire technology and ET-based control systems.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT DUTIES INCLUDE
- Having an owner’s mentality and the ability to work successfully and comfortably representing RCI with clients and vendors.
- Moving projects forward as well as being able to get dirty when needed.
- Seeing possible issues in advance and making plans to address these issues before they arise.
- Scheduling multiple crews, arranging deliveries, and ensuring proper paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Having an eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in both the landscape, irrigation, and horticulture industry.
- Ability to run construction equipment (Skid Steer, Mini Ex, Backhoe, High Reach Forklift, Vibratory Roller, Trencher, etc.)
- Know the basics of fertilizer and horticultural chemicals.
- Knowledge of plants, trees, palms, and shrubs.
- Complete Knowledge of irrigation, hydraulics, piping, and installation techniques.
- Know and understand two-wire technology and ET-based control systems.
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
- $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Vehicle Allowance and Company Phone may also be provided
