MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR equivalent combination of training and related work experience in PC technical support
2. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures with Learning Management Systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Canvas LMS
- Familiarity with Plagiarism Detection Systems
- Knowledge of online tutoring systems
