<p>- Full-cycle delivery of residential and commercial land development projects — from proposal to closeout<br>- Budgets, scopes, contracts, and schedules with real accountability<br>- Complex engineering and permitting challenges with the autonomy to influence direction<br>- Client relationships and external representation for Atwell<br>- A project team you'll mentor, develop, and lead</p>
