Search Corporate Development Analyst Jobs in ArizonaCorporate Development Analyst Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Arizona sponsor visas for corporate development analysts?
Phoenix-area employers with documented H-1B visa sponsorship histories in finance and strategy roles include Banner Health, Intel, Avnet, Freeport-McMoRan, and larger regional banks such as Western Alliance Bancorporation. Professional services firms with Arizona offices, including Big Four accounting and consulting practices, also sponsor corporate development analysts with some regularity, though sponsorship decisions vary by role and business unit.
Which visa types are most common for corporate development analyst roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the primary visa category for corporate development analysts in Arizona, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, satisfying the specialty occupation standard. Candidates already holding OPT or STEM OPT authorization can begin working immediately while an employer pursues H-1B sponsorship. Those with extraordinary achievement may explore the O-1 visa, though it is far less common for this role.
Which cities in Arizona have the most corporate development analyst sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix concentrates the majority of corporate development analyst opportunities in Arizona, driven by its density of corporate headquarters, healthcare conglomerates, and financial services firms. Scottsdale hosts a growing number of private equity-backed companies and financial advisory firms that hire for strategy and M&A roles. Tempe and Chandler, anchored by technology and semiconductor companies, contribute additional openings, particularly at firms like Intel and their supplier networks.
How to find corporate development analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for roles offering visa sponsorship, making it practical to search for corporate development analyst positions in Arizona without manually screening hundreds of postings. Because sponsorship availability is rarely advertised directly in job descriptions, Migrate Mate's sponsorship-focused search saves significant time for international candidates. Filtering by Arizona and the corporate development analyst role surfaces employers actively open to sponsoring candidates in this state.
Are there state-specific considerations for corporate development analysts pursuing sponsorship in Arizona?
Arizona does not impose state-level visa or work authorization requirements beyond federal standards, but corporate development analysts should be aware that the Department of Labor's prevailing wage determination for this role in the Phoenix metropolitan area influences the salary an employer must certify on the Labor Condition Application. Arizona State University and University of Arizona produce a notable pipeline of finance graduates, meaning competition for entry-level corporate development roles can be meaningful, even for sponsored candidates.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored corporate development analyst jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
