Which companies in Arizona sponsor visas for customer success professionals?
Phoenix-area employers with documented H-1B visa sponsorship histories in customer success and account management functions include GoDaddy, Axway, InEight, and Carvana. Larger enterprise software firms with Arizona offices, including Oracle and Cognizant, have also sponsored customer success roles. Sponsorship activity is concentrated in Scottsdale, Tempe, and central Phoenix, where SaaS and tech-adjacent companies maintain significant operations.
Which visa types are most common for customer success professional roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most frequently used visa category for customer success professionals in Arizona, provided the role meets the specialty occupation standard, typically requiring a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, and those from Canada or Mexico may be eligible under the TN visa category, which covers certain business and management analyst roles.
Which cities in Arizona have the most customer success professional sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and Scottsdale account for the majority of customer success professional sponsorship opportunities in Arizona. Tempe is a secondary hub, largely due to its proximity to Arizona State University and the concentration of technology and fintech companies along the I-10 corridor. Chandler also has growing employer activity, driven by its semiconductor and enterprise software industry presence.
How to find customer success professional visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to search for customer success professional roles in Arizona without sifting through positions that won't support international candidates. The platform covers employers across the Phoenix metro and beyond, letting you narrow by role type and location to focus your search on companies actively hiring for sponsored positions.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for customer success professionals seeking visa sponsorship?
Arizona's Department of Labor prevailing wage determinations apply to H-1B positions, and employers must certify that sponsored customer success professionals are paid at least the prevailing wage for the role and location. Arizona State University and the University of Arizona produce a pipeline of OPT-eligible graduates in business and communications, which means some Arizona employers are already familiar with the visa sponsorship process for this function.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success professional jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
