Which companies in Kansas sponsor visas for customer success professionals?
Technology and SaaS companies in the Kansas City corridor are the most active sponsors for customer success professionals. Garmin, C2FO, VinSolutions, and Cerner (now Oracle Health) have histories of sponsoring H-1B workers in client-facing and account management roles. Agriculture-technology firms in Wichita also hire for customer success positions that can qualify for sponsorship when the role meets specialty occupation requirements.
Which visa types are most common for customer success professional roles in Kansas?
The H-1B visa is the most common pathway for international customer success professionals in Kansas, provided the role requires a specific bachelor's degree in a field like business, computer science, or communications. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business or computer-related classifications. O-1 visas are an option for those with demonstrated exceptional achievement in their field.
Which cities in Kansas have the most customer success professional visa sponsorship jobs?
The Kansas City metro area, particularly Overland Park and Lenexa on the Kansas side, concentrates the majority of customer success sponsorship opportunities due to its dense technology and financial services sector. Wichita is a secondary hub, with agriculture-tech and manufacturing software companies hiring for customer success roles. Lawrence and Manhattan have limited sponsorship activity outside of university-affiliated employers.
How to find customer success professional visa sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find customer success professional jobs in Kansas that offer visa sponsorship, with listings filtered specifically for international candidates who need employer support. Because many Kansas employers do not advertise sponsorship availability in standard job postings, using a platform built around sponsorship data saves significant time. Migrate Mate lets you search by role and state to surface relevant Kansas opportunities.
Are there any Kansas-specific considerations for customer success professionals seeking visa sponsorship?
Customer success roles must qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B standards, meaning the position must normally require a specific bachelor's degree, not just any degree. In Kansas, employers are required to pay the Department of Labor prevailing wage for the role's location and level. Overland Park and Wichita have different prevailing wage determinations, so candidates should confirm the specific city when evaluating offers. Kansas does not have state-level immigration processing, so all petitions go through federal USCIS channels.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success professional jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
