This is NOT a sit-around-and-wait job.
You will be expected to create opportunities, run leads, and close deals.
You don’t need HVAC experience—we will train you.
But you MUST bring the effort, energy, and mindset.
Responsibilities
- Run in-home sales appointments
- Make outbound calls to generate opportunities (follow-ups, unsold estimates, aging leads)
- Present repair vs replacement options
- Help homeowners make the best decision for their home
- Follow up aggressively and close deals
- Work closely with our service team to convert opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hungry and motivated to make money
- Strong on the phone (confident, persistent, not afraid to call)
- Strong communication skills in-home and over the phone
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Self-motivated (no micromanagement needed)
- Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
HVAC or in-home sales experience is a plus, but not required.

- 100% Commission
- Top performers earn $200K+ per year
