Which healthcare companies sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas in Arizona?
Banner Health, Dignity Health (now CommonSpirit), Valleywise Health, and HonorHealth are among the larger Arizona health systems with documented histories of sponsoring specialty occupation workers. Mayo Clinic's Scottsdale campus and the University of Arizona Health Network also sponsor for clinical and research-adjacent roles. Sponsorship activity varies by role and staffing needs, so verifying LCA filing history through OFLC disclosure data is the most reliable approach.
Which cities in Arizona have the most healthcare H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and its suburbs, including Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa, account for the largest share of healthcare H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship activity in Arizona given the concentration of hospital campuses and outpatient networks. Tucson is the second-largest market, anchored by Banner University Medical Center and University of Arizona Health. Flagstaff and Chandler have smaller but active healthcare employment bases with some sponsoring employers.
What types of healthcare roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
Roles that require at minimum a bachelor's degree in a directly related field meet the specialty occupation standard for H-1B1 visa eligibility. In healthcare, this commonly includes clinical informatics analysts, medical physicists, pharmacists, biomedical engineers, health data scientists, and certain advanced practice roles. General nursing positions requiring only an associate degree typically do not qualify, while roles requiring a BSN or higher may depending on the employer's documented job requirements.
How do I find healthcare H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for employers with verified H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship history in Arizona's healthcare sector, saving you from manually cross-referencing OFLC disclosure data. You can search by occupation type, city, and employer to identify which Arizona health systems have filed Labor Condition Applications for roles matching your background. This is considerably more targeted than broad job searches that don't surface sponsorship eligibility.
Are there any Arizona-specific or healthcare-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
Arizona requires healthcare professionals to hold state licensure, which operates independently of federal visa status. Singaporean applicants should confirm their credentials are recognized by the relevant Arizona licensing board, such as the Arizona State Board of Nursing or the Arizona Board of Pharmacy, before or concurrently with the employer's H-1B1 visa filing. Licensing timelines can affect the employer's intended start date, so early coordination between the credentialing and immigration processes is important.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore healthcare jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
