INTRODUCTION
Are you a current undergraduate student looking for an exciting summer opportunity? Savvas Learning Company is seeking bright, motivated undergraduate students to join us for our dynamic 8-week Human Resources Internship in Chandler, AZ. You will join us for eight weeks and gain valuable experience within the educational publishing industry.
Over the course of this summer internship, you will work on real HR innovation projects, gain exposure to strategic HR initiatives, collaborate with HR professionals, and help develop tools and resources that support how HR teams work more effectively.
Intern positions are full-time opportunities, 40 hours per week, requiring a hybrid work schedule with two (2) days onsite at our Chandler, AZ office. You’ll typically be on-site on Wednesdays and another day as determined by you and your mentor during the first week of the program.
This internship is approximately eight (8) weeks in duration.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intern will support projects that may include:
- Supporting the implementation of internal AI tools for HR use
- Support HR projects related to automation, compliance, and process efficiency
- Organizing HR documentation and knowledge resources
- Supporting HR policy modernization initiatives
- Developing AI adoption guides and reference materials
- Supporting HR process improvement projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Students interested in HR consulting, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, or AI applications in business.
- You are a current undergraduate student at an accredited college or university, studying Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Organizational Leadership, or related field, who has completed coursework in their field of study; typically, those students finishing their Junior year by May 2026/Dec 2026 are highly preferred.
- You can commit to a full-time role (40 hours per week), for eight weeks out of the summer.
- You’re enthusiastic about working in a hybrid environment, on site a minimum of one to two days per week in Chandler, AZ.
- You have an interest in AI, HR technology, or business innovation.
- You are excited to help build meaningful internal AI tools and guides for modernization initiatives.
- You show a genuine passion for technology and a proactive curiosity about emerging solutions, consistently applying new learnings to deliver measurable value.
- You’re a great communicator, verbally and in writing.
- You’re organized and manage time well.
- You can multitask and set priorities, and you complete assigned tasks on schedule with the required level of quality.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Coursework in HR, business, analytics, or technology.
- Interest in process improvement or organizational effectiveness.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
