Focused on transparency and accountability, it partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans, proactively manage risks, and resolve challenges. Committed to continuous improvement, the team enhances operational efficiency and adaptability, enabling InfoSec to strengthen Walmart’s security posture and deliver impactful results that support the company’s mission and objectives.
What you'll do:
- Partner with InfoSec teams using Agile & Hybrid methodology and project management tools (Jira, Airtable, etc.)
- Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation efforts to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor and control program progress against milestones, addressing issues and risks proactively.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to align project schedules and dependencies.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating clearly to influence decisions and consensus.
- Manage financial plans, budgets, and cost tracking for multiple projects within the program.
- Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support technology domain stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring.
