Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on AI Technical Product Manager to identify, design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions across our business. This role will work end to end—from understanding business problems and evaluating AI technologies to building prototypes, integrating solutions with existing systems, launching them into production, and continuously improving performance. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with strong business and product thinking. This person should be comfortable working directly with AI platforms, APIs, automation tools, data, and internal systems rather than only developing strategies or managing external vendors. Initial areas of focus may include AI customer service and chat solutions, AI-assisted content creation, workflow automation, and supply chain applications such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, order management, and operational decision support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify business processes and customer experiences that can be improved through AI and automation.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solution designs and implementation plans.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions and rapidly test their feasibility, accuracy, and business impact.
• Develop and implement AI applications using large language models, APIs, automation platforms, and internal data sources.
• Own the full solution lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as customer service platforms, e-commerce systems, content management tools, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and internal databases.
• Develop structured testing and evaluation processes for AI outputs and automated workflows.
• Monitor solution quality, adoption, reliability, cost, latency, and business performance after launch.
• Troubleshoot issues involving prompts, APIs, integrations, data quality, system logic, or model performance.
• Support responsible AI practices related to privacy, security, accuracy, access control, and human oversight.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend tools that have practical business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AI solutions, software implementation, automation, technical product development, data solutions, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with generative AI, large language models, conversational AI, machine learning platforms, or intelligent automation tools.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools with internal systems.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, or another relevant programming language.
• Experience building prototypes and converting successful concepts into scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Ability to independently manage projects from initial discovery through launch and optimization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Git, testing frameworks, analytics tools, and production monitoring.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI implementation.
