Job Duties: Map overall design & direction of technical projects in launch/discovery and automation. Oversee & enforce technical standards for launch/discovery and automation. Focus on technical aspects & feasibility of product or solution in launch/discovery and automation. Design & execute solutions. Deep understanding of development concepts along with development skills. Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical initiatives align with organizational goals for the launch. Possess a deep understanding of the technical stack of all products and be an expert in one or more technical areas. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, as well as apply best practices for operational launch readiness. Drive discovery, innovation and advance technical capabilities within the organization. Identify and mitigate technical risks that can affect launch quality. Maintain and improve technical standards, processes, and procedures for the launch. Contribute to the technical strategy and success of the launch. Ensure that the discovery phase is focused on the right areas to increase operational throughput and speedy launch. Identify any necessary available tools or build new tools for fulfillment end-users, the launch team, and for troubleshooting and operational recovery. Ensure that technical initiatives are effectively integrated with the broader organizational goals for the launch. Develop an operations health check dashboard to monitor launch and operational progress. Telecommuting permitted.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Software Engineering, Program Analysis, or related occupation.
