They emphasize clear communication, adaptability, and performance management to ensure successful execution of multiple projects. This group plays a key role in advancing business goals through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Develop and mentor associates through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and documentation while ensuring alignment with program goals and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee communication plans, educate stakeholders, and promote adherence to policies, ethics, and compliance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ project management experience.

Managing small or medium scale change initiatives, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification.
