Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT resource to support our Talent and Learning Management platforms, with strong hands-on experience in Avature Applicant Tracking System. Experience with learning platforms is preferred.
This individual will work closely with HR business leaders to support the Avature recruiting and onboarding platform, drive system enhancements, manage configuration changes, and support future business requests. The role will also partner closely with the Workday technical team to support integrations, master data, and new hire onboarding data flows.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Avature Applicant Tracking and Onboarding platform from the IT side.
- Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and business leaders to understand requirements.
- Configure Avature to support recruiting, onboarding, workflow, and business process needs.
- Support system enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and production support activities.
- Partner with business teams to improve the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
- Work with the Workday technical team to support integrations between Avature, Workday, and other HR systems.
- Help manage master data, new hire data, and onboarding-related integration flows.
- Support technology-driven integrations, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system updates, defects, enhancements, and releases.
- Provide guidance to business users on system capabilities and best practices.
- Support learning platform initiatives as needed, including enhancements, testing, and business support.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with IT and HR technology standards.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Strong hands-on experience with Avature Applicant Tracking System.
- Experience working with Workday HCM or Workday integrations.
- Good understanding of recruiting, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
- Experience with system configuration, workflows, forms, templates, and business process changes.
- Ability to work directly with business leaders and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Experience supporting application enhancements, production issues, testing, and releases.
- Strong understanding of HR technology integrations and data flows.
- Experience working with technical teams on integration support and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and work closely with business and IT teams.
PREFERRED:
- Exposure to learning management platforms.
- Experience supporting new hire, onboarding, and employee master data integrations.
- Experience in a global HR technology environment.
- Knowledge of HR data security and access management.
- Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.

- An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan.
