The IT Analyst II supports, maintains, and enhances healthcare applications and systems to ensure reliable and effective technology solutions for clinical and business operations. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in information technology, healthcare applications, or systems analysis.
- Ability to obtain applicable vendor or application certifications within one year of hire, if required by assigned applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience supporting healthcare applications or electronic health records (EHR), such as Epic.
- Epic Certification, ITIL Foundations, or other relevant technical certifications.
