Your role
During your internship you will:
- Assist Product Application Developers with flavor evaluations, making beverage bases and finished beverage samples, and specification testing.
- Learn and utilize sensory evaluation to assist with beverage development.
- Support portfolio management by setting up tastings of flavors and finished beverages.
- General lab housekeeping, including calibrating lab equipment, restocking glassware, and replenishing raw materials and solutions.
- Assist with raw material inventory and documentation.
About you
- Pursuing BS/MS degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Ability to use basic lab equipment, including balances, pH meters, and micropipettes.
- Awareness of hazardous material handling.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and attention to detail.
