What You’ll Do
- Use the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to plan, schedule, track, and evaluate work orders through completion
- Convert work requests into active work orders and help ensure job details are captured accurately
- Scope jobs by reviewing history, listing tasks, estimating labor, identifying materials, and noting safety/contractor/special requirements
- Partner with operations and maintenance leaders to prioritize and schedule work based on staffing, production needs, PMs, and shutdown schedules
- Create and improve preventive maintenance routines, track PM backlogs, generate performance reports, and support audits/training as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Position requires physical labor (with or without accommodation)
- Position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work
