Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the production and delivery of multi-modal transportation systems planning, including data collection, analysis, and technical reporting.
- Tasks and projects may include multi-modal corridor concept development, bicycle and pedestrian analysis and improvement concept development, multi-modal transportation analyses and design, transit operations planning and design, and community outreach.

Support all steps of a transportation planning project, including:

Initial data gathering and needs identification

Goals setting and visioning

Development of recommended strategies and design concepts

Prioritization and cost estimating

Development of technical and public-facing documentation and presentations

Project experiences will be diverse, as we provide services to both the public and private sectors.
- Perform a variety of tasks, supporting various project managers and collaborating with team members.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as urban planning, transportation planning, or similar.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to write and communicate findings clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in oral presentations and public speaking.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Working knowledge of ESRI ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, and/or StoryMap.
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
