- Maintain accurate records of all guest accounts, reservations, and billing details while resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to safeguard guests, staff, and hotel property.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests via phone or in person with exceptional customer service problem-solving skills.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist with late-night reservations, modifications, or cancellations using hospitality reservation systems and uphold phone etiquette standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically and efficiently.
