Job Description
BETSOL is seeking a high‑potential early‑career professional to support AI‑driven automation and efficiency initiatives across both internal programs and external client engagements.
This role is designed for someone who will actively use AI tools (including Claude, Co‑worker, OpenClaw, and similar platforms) to analyze how work is performed, identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and cost reduction, and help translate AI capabilities into real, measurable outcomes.
The role is intentionally flexible and cross‑cutting, allowing the individual to contribute to internal transformation efforts as well as client‑facing projects, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Applied AI Usage:
- Actively use AI tools such as Claude, Co‑worker, OpenClaw, and other AI platforms as part of day‑to‑day work
- Apply AI to support analysis, documentation, workflow design, decision support, and solution development
- Develop a strong understanding of where AI adds value vs. where traditional approaches are more appropriate
Automation & Efficiency Improvement:
- Analyze workflows and processes to identify automation, simplification, and cost‑reduction opportunities
- Support the design and implementation of AI‑enabled or automated solutions that reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time
- Help assess and articulate the impact of automation (effort saved, cycle time reduced, complexity eliminated)
Internal & Client‑Facing Initiatives:
- Contribute to internal AI and automation programs that improve how BETSOL operates
- Support external client projects by assisting with AI‑enabled analysis, solution prototyping, and implementation
- Work alongside senior engineers, consultants, and leaders on real delivery initiatives—not just experiments
Prototyping, Research & Enablement:
- Stay current on emerging trends in generative AI, copilots, agents, and automation platforms
- Rapidly prototype ideas to validate feasibility and value
- Create reusable assets (prompts, templates, utilities, documentation) that can be applied across multiple initiatives
Collaboration & Problem Solving:
- Work with engineering, delivery, operations, and leadership teams to understand real business problems
- Translate loosely defined needs into practical, executable solutions
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and outcomes clearly
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and applied problem solving
- Comfort using AI tools as part of real work (not just academic exposure)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down processes and identify inefficiencies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Skills:
- Hands‑on exposure to Claude, AI copilots, generative AI tools, or automation platforms
- Basic understanding of automation concepts (workflows, APIs, scripting, RPA, low‑code tools)
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or systems integration
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.)
- Academic, internship, or personal projects involving AI, automation, or process improvement
Additional Information
What This Role Is (and Is Not)
This role IS:
- Applied, hands‑on, and outcome‑oriented
- Split across internal initiatives and client‑facing projects
- Focused on turning AI into real efficiency and cost impact
This role is NOT:
- Pure research or theoretical AI work
- A narrowly scoped operational role
- Limited to one function or team

Which technology companies sponsor TN visas in Colorado?
Colorado has a broad mix of technology employers that have filed TN-category Labor Condition Applications, including large enterprises like Arrow Electronics, Palantir Technologies, Maxar Technologies, and Oracle. Denver and Boulder also host a significant number of venture-backed software companies and managed service providers. Defense and aerospace technology firms around Colorado Springs add another active hiring segment for TN-eligible professionals.
Which cities in Colorado have the most technology TN sponsorship jobs?
Denver concentrates the largest share of technology TN sponsorship activity, driven by its financial technology, cloud services, and SaaS company base. Boulder follows closely, with a dense cluster of software, data science, and AI-focused employers. Colorado Springs is particularly active for defense technology, cybersecurity, and systems integration roles. Remote-friendly Colorado employers may also hire TN workers residing anywhere in the state.
What types of technology roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship?
TN visa eligibility in technology covers roles explicitly listed in the USMCA, including Computer Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, and Database Administrator. The role title and duties must align closely with the USMCA job categories, and a relevant bachelor's degree in a related field is generally required. Roles like product manager or UX designer may not qualify unless the specific duties and degree match a listed TN category.
How do I find technology TN sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa type, so you can search for technology roles in Colorado that indicate TN sponsorship support directly. This saves significant time compared to filtering general job boards manually. Migrate Mate's listings are sourced from employers with a history of work visa sponsorship, making it a practical starting point for Canadian and Mexican technology professionals targeting Colorado employers.
Are there any state-specific or industry-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in Colorado's technology sector?
Colorado does not impose state-level restrictions on TN visa employment, but technology employers in regulated sectors like defense contracting may require security clearances that can complicate or limit TN eligibility for some roles. Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to post compensation ranges, which can help TN applicants assess whether an offered salary meets the prevailing wage standard required for the Labor Condition Application.
