Responsibilities
- Provide first level technical support to studio staff, both onsite and remote.
- Manage and respond to support tickets for Stamford and New York City, including password resets, software installs, updates, and basic remote troubleshooting.
- Onboard new hires with device setup, account provisioning, and IT orientation.
- Assist with conference room and AV setup and troubleshooting.
- Support town halls and onsite events as needed.
- Troubleshoot and maintain printers and peripherals.
- Assist with asset management, including setup, tracking, and end of life processes.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting such as Wi‑Fi connectivity and device access.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience supporting Apple hardware and macOS.
- Basic knowledge of Windows environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferred).
- Interest in AV systems and live production support.
- Ability to support Wednesday evening game coverage when needed.
