- Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, ensuring delivery, quality, and cost objectives.
- Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and customer teams.
- Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and executive program reviews.
- Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and downstream system alignment.
- Support solutioning, estimations, SOW development, and practice leadership.
Required Skills
- 15+ years in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Program Management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise data modernization/migration programs.
- Strong Insurance (P&C preferred) domain experience.
- Expertise in Snowflake, SSIS, ETL/ELT, data migration frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, data governance, data quality, and AI-driven data engineering.
- Experience transitioning programs to Managed Services (MSM).
