The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's Information Systems project portfolio, project management methodologies, governance processes, and project delivery teams. - Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of Information Systems projects.

- Track portfolio health through key performance indicators, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Manage complex projects involving EHR platforms, clinical applications, revenue cycle systems, digital health solutions, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data initiatives.
- Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management activities.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, business analysts, and other PMO personnel.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development planning.
- Build project management competencies across Information Systems and business departments.
Stakeholder Engagement

Experience
