Junior Associates (1–3 YOE)
Senior/Partner-level Attorneys (no portable book required)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 What You’ll Work On
Land use and zoning matters across multiple South Florida municipalities
Rezoning, variances, and development approvals
Preparing and managing applications, filings, and entitlements
Exposure to public hearings (planning boards, zoning boards, city commissions)
* Direct collaboration with developers and key stakeholders
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
🔹 Who This Is For
Junior Attorneys (1–3 YOE)
Experience in land use, zoning, or local government
Exposure to public hearings or municipal processes is a plus
* Strong drafting and ability to manage multiple matters
Senior / Partner-Level Attorneys
Significant experience in land use, zoning, or municipal law
Comfortable handling complex development matters and approvals
Prior government or private practice experience welcome
