We are trial lawyers who have a knack for resolving complex antitrust cases through dispositive motions, but are capable of taking any case to trial. We are strategic counselors who partner with our clients to develop business strategies to enhance their competitiveness. Who You Are
You are a high performer with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a demonstrated interest in civil litigation (i.e., taking/defending depositions, drafting court filings, managing large-scale investigations, etc.) and/or a background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling.
- You have a deep industry knowledge and understanding of Antitrust matters.
- You have prior experience in a leading law firm or relevant government agency.
- You have a strong work ethic paired with excellent leadership skills.
- You are committed to delivering top-notch client service.
- You have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- You earned excellent academic credentials.
- You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
