- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Perform legal research and provide strategic analysis on case developments.
- Manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and case organization.
- Prepare materials for trial and appellate proceedings, including exhibits and witness preparation.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
- Admission to practice in courts within Georgia.
- Experience in civil litigation/Personal Injury, insurance defense or a related litigation practice.
