BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Require 3-7 years of corporate experience, preferably in the healthcare field
- Georgia Bar license required
- Strong knowledge of diverse legal areas including corporate, commercial and contracts
- Proven ability to draft clear and precise legal documents with strong writing skills
- Possess effective negotiation skills to facilitate favorable outcomes while maintaining professional relationships
- Experience in handling complex legal research projects within a busy environment
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
