This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to join a growing team and work with experienced litigators in a collaborative environment, while contributing to case strategy and development.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions
- Consult and counsel clients, effectively communicate on cases, providing consistent updates and comprehensive legal advice
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prepare legal documents, and prepare and respond to discovery
- Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and other team members in building and executing successful defense strategies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Active membership in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pre-trial strategy, exercise sound judgment, and think creatively
- Motivated in attending trial and utilizing litigation skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
COMPENSATION
Salary starts at $135,000, commensurate with experience, plus two bonus structures and a comprehensive benefits package.
