Title: Salesforce Tech Lead (Full-Time & On-site)

Required Skills and Experience
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and deliver product demos to clients.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients and provide architectural guidance.
- Perform hands-on development using Salesforce technologies including: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex), Salesforce Flows, etc.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of Aura framework and Visualforce pages.
- Experience in handling complex customizations within Salesforce.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field OR equivalent work experience.
